  • Hazelton Lawsuit Filed
    Hazelton Pennsylvania passed an Ordinance in July 2006 that creates a broad range of problems and everyday challenges for persons from other countries who do not speak English, or who cannot prove citizenship or lawful residency.
    A lawsuit was filed in the Federal District Court in the Middle District of Pennsylvania on August 15, 2006. The complaint explains the hardship this ordinance will have on Hazelton residents. Deem & López Law Offices supports the efforts of the Hazelton residents, the ACLU and the efforts of many others fighting this unjust ordinance.
